Description : 1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) PENRO Masbate,
through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the
sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php
1,465,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for CY 2026 Small Water Impounding System (SWIS) - Spring
Development. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
