Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XII (NIA-RO 12), through the Quick Response Fund (QRF) of Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Million Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (P 230,375,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2025 MAGSAYSAY CIS (Contract No. NIARO12-INFRA-RO-2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office XII (NIA-RO 12) now invites bids for the Restoration of the damaged downstream apron with end sill and extension of downstream apron (Bucket Type) with sheet pile, Construction of Protection Works (Steel Sheet Piling) Left Side & Right Area. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Fifty-Seven (257) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
