Section I. Invitation to Bid

BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR CY 2025-20% EDF IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SYSTEM @ BOLISONG

1. The Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Five Pesos Only (₱299,825.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2025-20% EDF Improvement of Water System @ Bolisong with PR No.: 1002511-1268-046 dated November 10, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Manjuyod now invites bids for CY 2025-20% EDF Improvement of Water System @ Bolisong. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
