CY 2024 REPAIR / REHABILITATION OF ONE (1) CLASSROOM SCHOOL BUILDING AT COGON INTEGRATED SCHOOL (SAVINGS)
1. The Department of Education - Division of Roxas City, through NGA, the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos and 68/100 (P 1,546,270.68) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CY 2024 Repair / Rehabilitation of One (1) Classroom School Building at Cogon Integrated School (Savings) with Project ID Number 2025-048. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education - Division of Roxas City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
