1. The Department of Education (DepEd) - City Schools Division of Biñan City, through the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) (RA 11975) (Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand pesos only (P2,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2024 Construction of Two (2) Units of Group Handwashing Facility for Elementary and One (1) Unit of Water and Sanitation Facilities - Four (4) Seater - Pagkakaisa ES with Project Identification Number R4A-BNN-2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
