Naga City School of Arts and Trades (NCSAT) - 8 TLS

1. The Department of Education, Division of Naga City, through the Basic Education Facilities Fund (BEFF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 60/100 Only (Php 2,637,333.60) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2024 CONSTRUCTION OF TLS (TEMPORARY LEARNING SPACES) STS KRISTINE Naga City School of Arts and Trades (NCSAT) - 8 TLS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education, Division of Naga City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
