The Department of Education - Division of Southern Leyte, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2024 BEFF Batch 25 Electrification of Un-Energized Schools and Modernization of Electrical Systems of On-grid Schools. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
