The Department of Education - Division of Southern Leyte, through the General Appropriations Act ( GAA ) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Forty-two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-eight Pesos and Seventy Centavos Only (Php 5,142,288.70) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC per SCHOOL and per LOT shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
