1. The Department of Education, Schools Division Office of Albay, through the 2024 Basic Educational Facilities Fund (BEFF) Construction of Library Hub (22.50m x 9.50m) - Batch 1 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and Thirty Nine Centavos Only (P13,354,196.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the Construction of Library Hubs (22.50m x 9.50m) at Impact Learning Center, Daraga, Albay and Polangui North CS, Polangui, Albay. This project is two (2) lots. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
