Description : Invitation to Bid for CW-WAAIS POW CY 2025-023-018
CAPITAL OUTLAY/GAA 2025

1. The National Irrigation Administration - Apayao Irrigation Management Office,
through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of
Fourteen Million One Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two and
87/100 Pesos Only (₱14,174,922.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for CW-WAAIS POW CY 2025-023-018
CAPITAL OUTLAY/GAA 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration - Apayao Irrigation Management Office now
invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires 90
calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
