Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget 2026 for CW-MP-25-2026/ MATIKID CIS intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Two and 91/100 (Php 1,356,372.91) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for CW-MP-25-2026/ MATIKID CIS. Completion of the Works requires 152 Calendar Days, inclusive of 26 CD pre-determined unworkable days (16 rainy days & 10 Traditional Practices). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
