Description : 1)The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget 2026 for CW-IFUGAO-12-2026/ BANGI BALAWIS SIP intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Six & 87/100 (Php 1,624,586.87) Pesos, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for CW-IFUGAO-12-2026/ BANGI BALAWIS SIP. Completion of the Works requires 180 Calendar Days, inclusive of 39 CD pre-determined unworkable days (rainy days). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
