Description : Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotations for the civil works contract CW-BLDG-IFUGAO-01-2025/ NIA-IFUGAO SATELLITE OFFICE IMPROVEMENT located at Lamut, Ifugao, herein detailed in Annex A of this RFQ.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND & 00/100 (PHP 268,000.00) PESOS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The Technical Specifications of the specific items of work required for the contract works are attached in Annex B, and the approved working plans and drawings are attached as Annex E of this RFQ.

Please submit your duly signed quotations using the form attached in Annex C of this RFQ. All quotations shall be duly supported with detailed unit cost derivations and a summary of prices of construction materials, labor cost, equipment rental rates, and taxes, in three hard copies and sealed in one envelope addressed to the BAC as shown below.
