Description : 1)The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget 2026 for CW-ABRA-10-2026/ ABRA RIS intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine & 28/100 (Php 22,458,659.28) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now invites bids for CW-ABRA-10-2026/ ABRA RIS. Completion of the Works requires 334 Calendar Days, inclusive of 133 CD pre-determined unworkable days (rainy days and water delivery). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
