Description : Cultural Mapping focuses on documenting their unique Cultural Heritage which includes the tangible heritage (land formation. bodies of water. flora. and fauna, built structures, heritage, historical sites and spaces, artifacts/archaeological findings) and the intangible heritage (oral traditions and expressions including languages. performing arts. social practices. rituals and festive events. knowledge. and practices concerning nature and the universe, traditional Craftsmanship) is one of the priority needs Of the Ministry.

The MIPA will hire local mappers and conduct the actual cultural mapping within the Municipality of Bongao Province of Tawi.Tawi. The target of this activity is the ICCs/lPs communities within the province.
