Specifications:
Polo-Shirt
1. Material - 100% cotton, honeycomb design, ribbed collar and armbands
2. Color - Three-toned colored Polo-Shirt
Base colors: Dark Purple and Light Purple
3. Printing of CSC Logo and Theme Design - embroidered, and must be clear and concise
Other inclusions:
Individually wrapped with correct labels and sorted by size
Delivery of the finished products to the CSC Main Office
All Bidders are required to submit a physical or mock-up sample along with their proposal as part of the evaluation during bidding
Must provide sample with sizes of S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL - within 3 days after receipt of Notice of Award (NOA)
Target Date of Delivery: 10-12 March 2025
Payment: Payable 30 working days after delivery of finished product
