Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR), through the Corporate Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Four & 65/100 (P 2,982,564.65) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CS-ABRA-02-2025/ Conduct of Subsurface Geological and Geotechnical Investigation of Soot RIP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera Administrative Region (NIA-CAR) now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Conduct of Subsurface Geological and Geotechnical Investigation of Soot RIP located in the province of Abra, municipality of Danglas .
