Description : Invitation to Bid for CPAD and SK Sports

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of ten thousand pesos (Php 10,000.00) only for Lot 1, sixty four thousand eight hundred eighty four pesos (Php 64,884.00) only for Lot 2, and forty two thousand pesos (Php 42,000.00) only for Lot 3, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CPAD and SK Sports. Bids received in excess of each item of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Garments to be used for CPAD and SK Sports. Delivery of the Goods is required for 10 calendar days.

Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement -Small Value Procurement (Sec. 53.9) as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
