Due to two (2) failed public biddings for Circular Proposal No. 2025-56 for the Supply and Delivery of Various Power Tools and Construction Supplies & Equipment c/o CBAO, may we request your good company to submit the attached Request for Quotation No: CP 2025-56 Negotiated Procurement together with the following documents.

2) Complete brands and Technical Brochures of Offer
3) Valid PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration (Platinum Membership) in accordance with Section 20.2.9.1 of the IRR of RA No. 12009
