Courier Services for Various UPOU Offices from 2 January to 31 December 2026
The UP Open University, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱200,000.00) under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) and, the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Pesos (₱743,000.00) from the UPOU Revolving Fund, for a total amount of Nine Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Pesos (₱943,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Procurement of “Courier Services for Various UPOU Offices from 2 January to 31 December 2026” (IB No. 25-11-004). Bids received in excess of the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The UPOU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
