Description : One (1) Year Courier Services for IPOPHL Domestic Documents, Mails and Parcels: 1 LOT
A. Objective:
To engage the services of a Courier Service Provider (Courier) to render door-to-door delivery service of documents / mails / parcels from the various bureaus and offices of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines Head Office in Taguig City and its Satellite Offices, for dispatch to its domestic stakeholders.
B. Scope and Services Requirements:
The project shall include the receipt and handling of documents / mails / parcels for delivery from the IPOPHL Head Office and its satellite head offices to domestic stakeholders, with the following requirements:
1. Courier shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in providing door-to-door delivery service both for domestic destinations.
2. Courier shall have at least one outlet per region and one per highly urbanized city (total of 18 regions and 33 highly urbanized cities). Outlets must be within the region/province where the IPOPHL satellite offices are located namely: Baguio, Vigan, Tuguegarao, Pampanga, CALABARZON... - Documents:
