Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE
Procurement of One (1) Lot of Courier Services-LOCAL
for the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL)
A. Objectives
1. To ensure timely and secured delivery of IPOPHL documents and parcels to all local destinations;
2. To maintain a high level of reliability and accountability for delivery of documents and parcels to local destinations;
3. To provide tracking and real-time updates on the status of shipments.
B. General Requirements
1. A local express service provider that delivers documents and parcels to all cities and provinces of the Philippines.
2. The service provider must be at least ten (10) years in the courier service industry, operating locally with capacity to deliver in wide range of destinations all over the
Philippines.
3. Courier shall have at least one outlet per region and one per highly urbanized city (total of 17 regions and 33 highly urbanized cities). Outlets must be within the region/province which the IPOPHL satellite offices are located namely : Baguio, Vigan, Tuguegarao, Pampanga, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, General Santos, Caraga and MIMAROPA.b...
