TERMS OF REFERENCE:
1. The Service Provider shall ensure a secured handling and expedited delivery of sensitive and valuable documents to the addressee/s. The Service Provider undertakes to deliver in an efficient and timely manner, to the satisfaction of the Client, undertake and perform the services.
2. The Service Provider shall be responsible for all means, methods, and procedures and for coordinating all portions of the work under the contract.
3. That the Service Provider agrees to provide such services in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted by the Client.
