The system must include a software and online portal that automates the key steps in the diagnostic and clinical processes, which the laboratory and city health centers can use for their operational needs.
Shall provide an annual subscription or enterprise plan that allows ease and efficiency in managing the health services; and would allow the laboratory to register, manage and process healthcare data that are essentially adaptable to diagnostics, molecular, hospital, and other related services.
The subscription plan shall include the patients management feature which comprises: electronic health records and patients dashboard, patient form and customization and patient portal.
The subscription plan shall include patients service and ops management feature which comprises: electronic medical records and patient services dashboard, DIY custom data reports generator, specimen transport management, APE management module (1 APE/month then succeeding in a month will be priced on a per-use basis).
