Description : 1 lot Preventive Maintenance of Elevator
Monthly/ Routine inspections and maintenance of
Ospital ng Imus Elevator to include cleaning,
general inspection, adjusting, repair of minor defective
parts, calibration and testing of elevator components,
machine room, hoist and rails, door operation, safety
devices, electrical components, hydraulic or traction
system, cab interior, trouble shooting, operational
testing and documentation to ensure safe, efficient and
reliable operation for January to December 2025.
This shall also include installation/replacement of worn
or defective parts such as UPS, call bottons, interior
lights, exhaust fan and other electrical & mechanical
component.
