1. Training and Orientation of Utility Workers on
proper segregation and safe handling of
hazardous waste.
2. Compliance on DENR-EMB and DOH
Guidelines and Accreditation.
3. Issuance of transport manifest in every
collection with proper labeling and tagging.
4. Provide drums/ med bin and exchange of med
bin container every collection to avoid cross
contamination.
5. Every two (2) weeks hazardous waste collection
as per DOH Manual and Standard.
6. Issuance of Certificate of Final Disposal with
DENR received copy.
7. DENR-EMB Accreditation documents.
8. Well trained personnel who will handle
hazardous waste transport procedures.
9. Assistance in DENR application on Permit
to Transport and the likes.
