1) The LGU-Pasuquin, through the RA 8240 (FY 2021) intends to apply the sum of Php 2,366,070.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MGPIN-2025-09-186 - COOPERATIVE/ASSOCIATION PROJECT (PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM) AND PROVISIONS OF FARM INPUTS AND EQUIPMENT AS SUPPORT FOR LIVELIHOOD OF TOBACCO GROWERS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
