1. The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 8, through the General Fund CY 2025 as reflected in the Sub-Allotment Release Order Number D2531 B-100 09-0462-2025 dated 24 September 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Four & 46/100 pesos only (Php 1,394,484.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Bid for the Conversion of Berong House to be Utilized as BFP R8 Satellite Command Center with Project ID PB-2025-10-086. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
