1. The Department of Health - Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Dagupan, through its Sub-Allotment Advice - Health Facilities Enhancement Program (SAA-HFEP) No. 25-04-00000366 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (P6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Relocation and Expansion of Clinical Laboratory.
