Description : The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the CONSTRUCTION OF BARBED WIRE FENCE AT OMSC MURTHA (OMSC RFQ 25-069) with an ABC of Php 1,000,000.00 through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the IRR of RA No. 12009 or the NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT.
