Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to contract the Services of an EXHITION AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT to Handle the Booth Design, Installation, Fabrication and Dismantling of the DOT Region 2 Booth and to arrange and provide the Rooms for Accommodation and Corporate Tokens re participation to the 2025 Travel and Tour Expo (TTE) on February 7-9, 2025 at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 4:00:00 PM, January 08, 2025 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the Terms of Reference.
