Description : PAVILION DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION:
a. Booth Design
Design of the regional booth constituting one (1) pavilion booth space (approximately 24 square meters)- that abides by the rules and regulations set by the venue and event organizers.
The peg/ theme of the booth must feature a “Cordilleran” atmosphere.
b. Booth Details
Size: 24 square meters- raw booth space; (Refer to attached floor plan for booth location and configuration.)
Set-up of the said booth must include the following provisions:
• A maximum ¬¬¬¬of two (2) information tables for DOT-Accredited Tour Operators, at least two (2) chairs in each table, two (2) brochure racks, two (2) dining/b2b table, one (1) coffee station, and one (1) food tasting counter, electrical outlets for laptops/tablets, and lockable storage intended for exhibitors- promotional and information materials and personal belongings; “Find yourself in the Cordilleras” and DOT logos on sintra board.
• LED wall or TV atleast 70-80 inches as backdrop of the booth and will interactively display the DOT-CA... - Documents:
