1. The Municipality of Bacong through the General Funds FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php 2,653,575.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Contract of service(Security service) Market Operations, Bacong Negros Oriental with project identification number RFQ 2025-21 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Bacong now invites bids for the Procurement Activity (PA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Deployment of Security Guards is required within 10 calendar days upon receipt of notice from the Mall Admin. Bidders should have completed, within five
