1. The Local Government Unit of Oton, through OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS-MEEDO intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Nineteen Thousand Three Hundred One Pesos and 01/100 Only (Php 419,301.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE FURNISHING LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ELECTRICAL LINES AND FIXTURES AT OTON PUBLIC PLAZA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Oton now invites bids for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE FURNISHING LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ELECTRICAL LINES AND FIXTURES AT OTON PUBLIC PLAZA.
