1.The Local Government Unit of Oton, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 433,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE FURNISHING LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF UNIFORMS OF OTON DELEGATIONS FOR THE USE IN THE CONDUCT OF ISCC MEET 2025 BY DEPED, OTON, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
