- All activities relative to the bidding process shall be governed by RA, 9184 and its revised implementing Rules and Regulations.
- Bidding Documents can be secured at the office of the BAC Chairman, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Parang, Sulu, starting April 01, 2025, upon payment of the non-refundable fee of P 5,000.00
- The following are the schedule of Procurement activities to be conducted at the Office of the BAC Chairman, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Parang, Sulu

Pre-Bid Conference: April 04, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
Submission of Sealed Bids: on or Before 10:00 a.m., April 04, 2025
Opening of Bids: April 09, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

- Bids will be opened with the presence of the Bidders or Bidder-s duly authorized representative.
- The Municipal Government of Parang, Sulu reserve the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the Bidding and to reject all bids at any prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/ Bidders
