1. The Local Government Unit of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, thru its Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (Php12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) through the CY Loan Proceeds from Land Bank to payments under the contract for the Contract Package for the Tagudin Town Hall Site Development and Rehabilitation, Phase II, Barangay Rizal, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Contract No. INFR-2025-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
