Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTVs
1)The Municipal Government of Motiong through the 2024 UNEXPENDED LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY - EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY - SIX PESOS AND 71/100 ONLY (Php 458,256.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Motiong invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CCTVs. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (20) calendar days upon perfection of the contract. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the proposed project for bidding, from the date of submission and receipt of bids contracts similar to the Project.
