INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD, ROOM ACCOMMODATION AND VENUE (SEMINAR PACKAGE) FOR THE CONDUCT OF UPDATING/ENHANCING OF REVENUE CODE OF LGU MOTIONG, SAMAR

1.The Municipal Government of Motiong through the Mayor-s Office Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 480,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD, ROOM ACCOMMODATION AND VENUE (SEMINAR PACKAGE) FOR THE CONDUCT OF UPDATING/ENHANCING OF REVENUE CODE OF LGU MOTIONG, SAMAR with Contract No. 25-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
