1.The Municipal Government of Motiong through the Special Purpose Appropriation (SPA-ELA Expenses) Fund of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 460,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD, ROOM ACCOMMODATION AND VENUE (SEMINAR PACKAGE) FOR THE CONDUCT OF UPDATE/FORMULATION OF EXECUTIVE LEGISLATIVE AGENDA-CAPACITY DEVLOPMENT PROGRAM (ELA-CApDEv) with Contract No. 25-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
