The National Irrigation Administration - Magat River Integrated Irrigation System Head Office, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Fifty Two Million Four Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen & 3/100 Pesos Only (PHP 52,447,916.03) [3] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract No 2026-MARIIS-DIV-RNIS-03; Magat RIS: Improvement/Rehabilitation/Construction of Embankment Stability of Macanao Checkgate Outlet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
