Description : Invitation to bid for the Public Bidding of the Contract for Manpower
Services
1) The Poro Point Management Corporation, through the PPMC Corporate Budget for CY 2025
intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Twenty
Seven Pesos (Php 4,840,127.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the first
year only to payments under the Contract for Manpower Services. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Poro Point Management Corporation now invites bids for Contract for Manpower Services
using the Renewal of Regular and Recurring Services Strategy. The duration of the contract is
one (1) year with the option to renew for another year subject to the following conditions to be
undertaken by the End-User or Implementing Unit: a) An assessment to justify the suitability of
renewal instead of conducting another procurement process; and b) A performance evaluation
showing satisfactory performance by the service provider. Bidders should have completed, at
least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project....
