1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods (BACG), through the GAA 2021, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Three and 38/100 Pesos Only (Php 10,594,833.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Equipment for Soil and Concrete for Use of Bureau of Research and Standards (BRS) FY 2021, Contract ID: 21GZ00043. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
