  1) The Department of Health Zamboanga Peninsula - Center for Health Development, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Upgrading of Bayog Rural Health Unit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
