Contract ID No. 25OE0155: Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building (Health Center) within Zone 58 to 67, Manila City (Phase II)

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - North Manila District Engineering Office, intends to apply the sum of Php 49,499,996.52 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract ID No. 25OE0155: Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building (Health Center) within Zone 58 to 67, Manila City (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

BAC is conducting Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for the above-mentioned contract pursuant to GPPB Circular No. 06-2019 dated July 17, 2019, Guidelines on the Implementation of Early Procurement Activities (EPA) in relation to the provisions of Republic Act.
