Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Solarwinds Software Maintenance Renewal

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Central Office) thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, through the GAA 2025, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 6,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under Contract ID No. 25GZ00032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Central Office) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed within (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose values must be at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
