Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR ANNUAL RENTAL OF BRAND NEW MULTIFUNCTION COLORED PRINTERS FOR THE USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES IN THE DPWH CENTRAL OFFICE
1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Central Office) thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, through the GAA 2025, intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Pesos (PHP 40,893,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under Contract ID No. 25GZ00031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Central Office) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed within (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose values must be at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
