Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF STRUCTURED NETWORK CABLING FOR DPWH LEGAL SERVICE
1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Central Office) thru its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, through the GAA 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Nine and 40/100 Pesos (PHP 4,470,679.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under Contract ID No. 25GZ00028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Central Office) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed within (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose values must be at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
