1) The Department of Public Works and Highways-National Capital Region, through the SR2025-12-024328 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE PESOS AND 18/100 ONLY (Php 2,199,753.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GO00025: Procurement of Security Services Contract of DPWH-NCR COVID-19 Quarantine Facility (Diokno, Pasay City) For 6 Months for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
