The Department of Public Works and Highways Cagayan de Oro City First (1st) District Engineering Office through FY 2025 RA 12116 REGULAR 2025 CURRENT/EAO intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Five Pesos and 16/100 (Php 760,495.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Contract under Purchase Request No. 2025-09-100. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
